In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the noya99 website accessible at noya99.pro, including all sub-pages, services, applications, and features made available therein.
• "noya99" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, its affiliated entities, directors, employees, and authorised agents.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a noya99 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means a registered Member account on the Platform, including all associated wallet balances, bonus credits, and transaction history.
• "Wallet Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds deposited by the Member into their Account and not yet withdrawn or wagered.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional or reward funds credited to a Member's Account by noya99 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Credits (or winnings derived therefrom) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features available to all Members, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

To register and maintain a noya99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. noya99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of noya99 or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment processing partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are acting under any form of guardianship or legal restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not eligible to register.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by noya99 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact our support team before attempting to re-register.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise subject to international sanctions that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When completing the registration form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

noya99 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete KYC verification at any stage of your membership — including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers our internal risk-monitoring thresholds. Required KYC documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence)
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by noya99 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. noya99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All transactions on the noya99 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). noya99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Supported methods and applicable limits are subject to change; always refer to the current Cashier page for the most up-to-date information.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 25.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant financial institution. noya99 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 15 minutes for most methods during normal operating hours (WIB). All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (subject to exceptions approved by noya99 support).
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Credits must be fully satisfied before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn.
• noya99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are set out in the Cashier section of the Platform.

noya99 offers a range of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and, where applicable, the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Credits and any winnings generated from Bonus Credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each promotion is available to one Account per Member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same promotion will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts.
• Game Weighting: Different game categories may contribute differently toward fulfilling Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from your Account without compensation.
• Abuse: noya99 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has exploited promotional terms, engaged in matched betting, employed low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or otherwise acted contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Modification & Withdrawal: noya99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the Platform or by email.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the noya99 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity, including depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Employing bots, automated scripts, or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by noya99.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Exploiting any software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings accrued as a result of a software error are void and will be recovered by noya99.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's underlying technology or security infrastructure.
• Making charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising the matter with noya99 support. Initiating a charge-back constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and debt recovery action.

All games available on the noya99 Platform are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game operates in accordance with the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters set by the respective studio and certified by independent testing laboratories.

noya99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results in Random Number Generator (RNG) games are determined solely by the certified RNG software embedded within each game. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions (card draws, dice rolls, roulette spins) conducted under the supervision of the studio's compliance team.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and noya99 regarding a game outcome, the game server log maintained by the relevant game studio shall be the definitive record. noya99's decision, following consultation with the studio where necessary, shall be final and binding.

All content on the noya99 Platform — including but not limited to the noya99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of noya99 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from noya99.
• Use the noya99 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital environment.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by noya99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

noya99 collects personal data to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, verify Member identities, process transactions, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers integral to Platform operations (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) under strict data-processing agreements.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by noya99, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, noya99 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond noya99's reasonable control (including, without limitation, natural disasters, government actions, or network outages).
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or payout calculations arising from third-party game studio software, where noya99 has acted in good faith reliance on data provided by those studios.
• Any financial losses resulting from a Member's own gambling decisions, including losses attributable to the inherent house edge present in all casino and sports-betting products.
• Any unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

In all cases where noya99's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, our maximum aggregate liability to any single Member arising from any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their noya99 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by the Member: You may close your noya99 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining Wallet Balance (net of pending Wagering Requirements on Bonus Credits) will be refunded to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by noya99: noya99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• noya99 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A Member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• noya99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order of a competent authority.
• Continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk-management or reputational concern for noya99.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, noya99 reserves the right to withhold any Wallet Balance pending investigation. Any balance confirmed as legitimately earned will be returned to the Member through the standard withdrawal process, minus any amounts recoverable by noya99.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which noya99 is incorporated and licensed. In the event of any dispute between noya99 and a Member that cannot be resolved through noya99's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits noya99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of a threatened or actual breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they are responsible for their own compliance with Indonesian law. noya99 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

noya99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, noya99 will provide reasonable notice to existing Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
